Han Lide, a Ph.D. graduate from China University of Political Science and Law, has been practicing law since 1993. Currently serving as a Senior Partner and Director of the International Commercial and Infrastructure Legal Affairs Department at Yingke Law Firm in Beijing. He is listed in the talent pools of the Ministry of Justice's Thousand Foreign-Related Lawyers and Beijing's Foreign-Related Lawyers, as well as recognized as one of the "Top Ten Lawyers of the Belt and Road."
With a multidisciplinary knowledge structure and cross-disciplinary experience in international investment, international trade, maritime affairs, and commercial law, Lawyer Han has worked in various capacities in central state organs such as the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry, the Ministry of Coal Industry, the Ministry of Public Security, and the Office of the Leading Group of the State Council for Poverty Alleviation. He has also been involved in domestic and foreign investment management, legal practice, and worked with foreign-invested enterprises, comprehensive corporate groups, and law firms.
